Mount Baldo seems to rise up out of the lake in front of us, whilst behind us the sweet slopes harbour magical surprises. We are in Villa di Gargnano, a small village with an antique charm, and the hometown of Hotel Livia. Immersed in a relaxing atmosphere, the hotel is surrounded by the colours and the perfumes of the park: silvery olive plants, blooming lemons and sweet smelling oranges. This is the ideal place for those who seek relaxation, without ever losing contact with nature.

The hotel is composed of multiple buildings.

The main house includes modern rooms completely renovated in 2022, which guarantee comfort thanks to excellent soundproofing, thermal insulation and triple-glazed windows.

The Casél rooms are located in a stone outbuilding, a renovated utility building of an old lemon house that is still active. Immersed in tranquility, the rooms overlook the park and some offer a lake view.

The Vigne annex, energy class A, built in 2018, consists of rooms furnished in a modern style, located in a calm and soothing environment facing the park.
